Chef Sam
Award-winning chef Sumway ‘Sam’ Lin opens his second Philadelphia location with Yuhiro, a budget-conscious omakase and handroll bar experience blending Japanese precision with Fishtown’s laid-back, neighborhood roots. His first restaurant, Sakana has delighted diners for more than six years as the city’s only Premium BYOB Omakase. Previously, Sam studied under Japanese master chefs in New York City, and worked at Michelin-starred Masa.
